Pulse Fitness- The Arc, Clowne, Derbyshire

Working on behalf of North East Derbyshire Borough Council and in partnership with Pulse Fitness, we were commissioned to project manage this new build construction during 2017.

The brief was to design and build a new leisure centre offering wet and dry facilities which was easy for people to access. The project included the construction of a new 25 metre pool, baby pool and slide, new changing facilities, sauna, steam room and relaxation area coupled with an extensive arrangement of dry facilities to include sports hall, spin and dance studios, extensive gym, entrance foyer, offices and welfare facilities.
The project which also included landscaping works, car park, bike store and access road was on site 14 months, completed on time and within the £4m budget.
