We start all of our client journeys with an in-depth consultation and planning phase, which sets out the project scope, and key deliverables.

We develop a bespoke
budget and proposal

Once the planning and scoping phase is complete, we begin the process of creating a bespoke project proposal, that delivers on your ambitions.

SPC Step 3

Final sign off
and project launch

With the client we review and approve the final project scope ready for launch, and the formal appointment of any contractors.

SPC step 4

Delivering your
bespoke project

We start the heavy lifting as all of the agreed work gets underway, and we begin the process of monitoring performance in-line with the agreed project KPI's.

SPC Step 5

End user focus
on completion

Finally, once all of the work is complete, we do a full review and audit with the end user, to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
