San Carlo, Chiccetti, Covent Garden

San Carlo is synonymous with exquisite cuisine in palatial surroundings, so maintaining the highest levels of scrutiny is a prerequisite of working for this client.

The site selected was within touching distance of the famous Covent Garden Market in a dilapidated restaurant.

We undertook a rigorous condition survey of the restaurant and compiled an extensive array of photographs which supported a Schedule of Work that offered explicit detail and quantities which enabled San Carlo to secure very competitive costs through our tender process for this difficult restaurant project.  This 8 week scheme was completed on time and within the £1 million budget.
