Manchester House
Manchester House was a £2.4million restaurant fit out that we Project Managed and Quantity Surveyed in 2014 on behalf of Living Ventures and Aiden Byrne the celebrity chef.
Positioned on the 2nd floor of a 1960’s office block, we had unwavering determination to see the scheme over the line to ensure the restaurant opened in readiness for its grand opening.
The scheme featured on the BBC’s Restaurant Wars programme in a bid to secure Manchester’s first Michelin Star and would be Living Ventures jewel in their ever increasing portfolio.
