Project Overview
We are the Commercial Consultants for a Major High Street Bank, appointed on a 3-year Framework covering all works to their Retail estate.
The appointment covers both Project, Programme and Portfolio wide Quantity Surveying Services for a wide range of projects ranging in value from as little as £500 up to £2.5m major refurbishment and acquisition projects.
Key services include:
- Creation and management of Schedule of Rates to expedite project procurement whilst providing competition and cost certainty
- The review and agreement of Contractors Proposals and Final Accounts
- Commercial change control management
- Monthly programme wide valuations and payment certification
- Monthly portfolio wide commercial reporting validation
- Preparation of capital allowance and accounting documentation to allow ease of client project accounting
- Implementation and management of KPI’s measuring the Framework Contractors’ commercial performance
- Tier 2 contractor and supplier procurement
- Contract and governance management
- Key contributors to commercial forum driving innovation and continuous improvement
