Stone Cottage, Criccieth, North Wales

In 2019, we were engaged to complete transform a neglected, stone cottage into a modern-day space for our client to use as a holiday home.

With a budget of £90,000.00, we set about stripping out the space, including the removal of the external render to reveal a fantastic stone façade.

This assignment was completed in just under 6 months and included the reconfiguration of the internal space to create 3 good sized bedrooms, two bathrooms and separate ground floor WC, a games room, sitting room and brand-new kitchen.

Externally the front and side elevations were stripped of the render, sandblasted and repointed with new windows and doors.
