Trinity House Community Centre

In 2015, we were engaged by City South Manchester Housing Trust to refurbish a community centre in the heart of Rusholme, Manchester.

The existing Victorian building was in a poor state of repair with an EPC rating of H.  The brief was to completely refurbish the building, with new electrical infrastructure, a new heating system, secondary glazing throughout, new insulation, a new lift, roof repairs and new entrance area.

The budget including fees and contingency was a maximum of £500,000 and a timeline of 15 weeks to complete the project.  SPC managed the project to a successful conclusion, achieving a small saving on the budget and handing the scheme over in December 2015.
