Client: The Northern Group
The brief: To strip existing roof finishes and remove dilapidated roof lights. Replace existing lead work, reline the existing box gutter, supplement and reinstate the slates, replace ridge tiles, install new solar panels to the rear pitch, install new roof lights and rainwater goods.
Project duration: 10 weeks, completed Summer 2024.
