346 Kensington High Street

346 Kensington High Street is a seven-story office block in London.

 The project commissioned by Raymond Estates required the building to be refurbished to modern day standards to secure new lettings.

 As part of the brief, we had to refurbish the reception area and the communal areas including the WC’s.  To maintain as minimal disruption to the existing tenants the project was implemented in phases with the reception and the communal areas completed out of hours at the end of the project.

We have been fortunate to work with Raymond Estates since 2015 and have enjoyed a steady stream of workload, which includes a retail conversion, a large residential extension, office refurbishment and the demolition and new build of a dilapidated Georgian Terrace property in Soho to create a new restaurant and penthouse apartment.
