BANK Fashion awarded us with the Project Management and Quantity Surveying positions for their first store in Houndshill Shopping Centre, Blackpool.

Working together to provide our client with the most economical design solutions and encouraging them to buy into a design freeze; we developed the tender documents ensuring they were thorough and transparent. We took time time to measure the schemes, this way all the bidding contractors interpreted the projects consistently.

Our tender was successful and generated a healthy saving against their previous procurement methods, the contractors delivered quality schemes under our management and as a result we were considered the consultant of choice.

Engaging with specialist suppliers for the supply of fixtures and fittings (F&F) from China and visits to Xiamen and Shanghai, we established a better value way of procuring the store F&F.

Following, BANK Fashion falling into administration in 2015, we had rolled out 38 schemes across the UK, from Falkirk to Fareham which included Flag Ship stores in Trafford Centre, Manchester, Victoria Square, Belfast, Meadowhall Shopping Centre, Sheffield and the Metro Centre, Newcastle.
