JD Sports

We were awarded Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying and Procurement Consultation to JD Sports retail units.

We launched the national rollout from a Project Management and Quantity Surveying point of view, working with commercial and programme restraints.  Co-oordinating each project through all stages of the RIBA Plan of Work we included the management of the Design Team, Supply Chain and Landlord negotiations from a technical perspective.

Meanwhile, working with JD Sports, we successfully delivered over 400 projects throughout the UK, Ireland, as far north as Elgin in Scotland and as far South as Truro in Cornwall.

Our portfolio includes Flag Ship Stores in Glasgow, Newcastle, Sunderland, Manchester, Sheffield, Liverpool and Birmingham.
