Mazella & Palmer

In late 2017, we were engaged by Jean Baptist Mazella to oversee the fit out of their proposed new hair dressing salon and academy; the contact came through a referral from our work with Raymond Estates.

Our client asked us to undertake Interior Design, Project Management and Quantity Surveying services, so we set about producing a drawing pack, a cost plan and programme which were all quickly approved.  We then secured planning permission and had the scheme validated by Building Control whilst we set about competitively tendering the project.

 The tender exercise proved successful and we achieved handover in December 2017.

We understand Jean Baptist Mazella and his team have made a real success of their extended business and we remain on standby for when the next M&P outlet is considered!
