Springfield House

Springfield House is a 3-storey office block in Sale Town Centre, forming part of the Sale Square scheme.

This dilapidated office facility had been left empty for over 4 years but had the potential to offer Grade A facilities within the heart of Sale in very close proximity to the local amenities and tram network.

We have been appointed as Employers Agent for this £1 million CAT A Office fit out scheme which has been tendered within budget and is due to commence on site within the next few weeks.

An interesting point to note that SPC Construct (UK) undertook the strip out works to take the building back to shell, this enabled our quantity surveying team to compose a very robust and accurate cost plan without any qualifications or provisional sums.
