Mainline On-Line Warehouse Development

In 2015, we were engaged by Mainline on-line retailers to assist with their restructuring and fit out of a new warehouse facility in Scarborough, North Yorkshire.

The warehouse was an existing, albeit dilapidated facility which Mainline wanted reviving, with a new mezzanine floor, offices and welfare facilities.

We were engaged to provide Project Management and Quantity Surveying services, we tendered the scheme to a handful of contractors and oversaw the full refurbishment which took 8 weeks on site.
