SPC Partnership were appointed as Employers Agents for the transformation of the first floor retail store rooms to state of the art office space.  The original space was severely dilapidated following years of neglect and water ingress which left plaster falling away from the walls and ceilings.  The brief was to remove the concrete stair cases from the ground floor retail units, infill and fire stop the floor openings, strip back existing finishes to the masonry, install new roof coverings and replace windows and doors, whilst we constructed the new rear extension.  Once we created the blank canvass, we then introduced a new raised access floor, new floor finishes, new crittall glazed partitions and doors, new mechanical and electrical services, new kitchens and tea points, new toilet and shower facilities in order to create a state of the art office facility offering individual spaces for SME’s in the heart of the regenerated heart of Sale Town Centre.
