We are pleased to announce, we have been appointed as PM and QS for the development works to Stanley Square in Sale town centre.

We will be working alongside the main Contractor, “Armstrong Projects” and owners, “Altered Space” to redevelop the shopping precinct.

The scheme is to bring a new sense of life to Sale, by introducing more greenery, lighting and more public footfall from “word of mouth”.

Along with the rise of new independent retailers increasing on the high street, we are also managing the removal on the existing sixties canopy.

Removing the canopy will create spaces with more natural light and larger shop fronts will be more visible.

The airy appearance will give the square more an open, modern feel and will redefine the street whilst keeping the original architecture intact.

This is a drastic move for Sale Town Centre, still, a very exciting one!
