The Latest News On Stanley Square
Back in July, we announced we have been appointed as PM/QS on the development on Stanley Square, Sale.
Works have been progressing well and showing no signs of stopping to ensure all units of the square are of the highest standard.
Each unit have been given a makeover on their shop fronts to keep in line with the uniformed black and white theme; even existing units like Sallys, Holland and Barrett and O2 have had their shop fronts revamped.
In the squares centre, the paving is currently being constructed to make more open walkways, which will be surrounded by more trees and shrubbery to add foliage to the urban space.
The existing canopy has been pulled down allowing in more light to form an open and airy space.
The new square will be the host of a Portuguese tapas bar, Petisco, a culinary mix of Indian and Scottish food, Roti and it’s own oyster bar, Oyster Catcher.
The square really is pushing the boundaries of eateries and Sale is certainly going to be somewhere people will be heading to all from over Manchester!
Keep posted on our journey to see the result!
